Cajigo is the social enterprise arm of Structur3dpeople, a consultancy focused on increasing diversity in tech. Cajigo is a learning and development solution that supports girls and women to recognize and harness their limitless potential in technology careers. Through events and an innovative app, Cajigo provides a gateway for Employers to mentor and guide women of all ages to confidently enter careers and accelerate them to the highest levels.
Our Story
2014
Structur3dpeople set up to support Business Leaders and Employers develop their Diversity Strategies with a focus on attracting and retaining women in tech
2015
Structur3dpeople conducted research with hundreds of women to understand the barriers and challenges they face when trying to enter and progress in careers
2016
Research carried out by Structur3dpeople with schools, teachers, students and parents to understand what more industry can do to provide tech education, raise aspirations and help girls see STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) as suitable career paths
2016

2017
After the huge success of the mentoring programme, which saw 50% of the cohort secure new jobs within 6 months of the programmes starting, Structur3dpeople launched the social arm of the business, Cajigo, to focus on developing the female talent pipeline in tech through mentorship and support
2018
A beta version of the Cajigo app is developed and trialled in Bristol schools, along with in person workshops
2020
Cajigo is officially launched, during a global pandemic, with a huge mission at its core; to support 20,000 girls into technology. Working with schools across the UK, Cajigo provided virtual STEM Career talks to motivate and inspire girls aged 13 years upwards. Extended learning and tech education upskilled girls via the Cajigo app.
2022
Cajigo launches Cajigo100WomeninTech, the UK’s first 16-week accelerator programme to support 100 women accelerate their careers in tech. The programme brought together women of all ages, different backgrounds and at any stage in their life, to build their knowledge and skills, and help them take charge of their careers securing new opportunities.

Meet Our Founder and CEO – Rav Bumbra
Rav has dedicated the last 8 years to advancing progress for women in tech. With the low numbers of women working in technology and a shrinking talent pool, Rav made it her mission to better understand the challenges women face in industry, the barriers to entry and what more needs to be done in schools to support teachers and careers leads to motivate and inspire girls to see a bright future in technology.
Today, Rav Bumbra is an award winning diversity consultant, advisor to organisations, and international speaker who has been showcased as one of the Most Influential Women in UK Tech since 2017 and was inducted into the Computer Weekly Hall of Fame in 2022. With a 25-year consulting background, Rav also sits on the Women in Business Board in Bristol, as well as sitting on the Board of Directors at Women of the Year Lunch and Awards.
Rav is also host of “Women Talk Tech” an Instagram Live chat show, where she interviews women leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs and everyday role models to share their tech journeys and strategies for a successful career.
