“With this new app, Rav Bumbra has found an innovative and practical way not only to increase diversity but also to make it a strategic imperative within the business. It matters that girls and women have access to mentors and role models who support them to evolve their skills and navigate pathways in our technology-driven world”
Jacqueline de Rojas, Chair of Digital Leaders & Ex-President techUK
“We need to see more efforts being made by companies to address the gender gap in the tech industry. Cajigo’s offering will see more women entering the industry as well as progressing into leadership. As well as providing companies with access to a wider talent pool, Cajigo has the ability to track data, which will be of great interest to companies who are looking to increase diversity. Rav Bumbra has found an interesting solution to develop the skills of women from different age groups whilst meeting the growing needs of many employers”
Russ Shaw CBE, Founder of Tech London Advocates and Appointed London Tech Ambassador by Mayor of London
“We are really proud to be using Cajigo at BBA. It is one of the aims of our school to encourage more girls to get into STEM subjects, including engineering and product design. Last year, Cajigo had an incredible positive influence on our young ladies from BAME and disadvantaged backgrounds. We look forward to all year groups using the platform”
Head of Design Technology, Bristol Brunel Academy
“I knew that Cajigo was something I personally felt was such an incredible idea to address the challenge of creating and maintaining a sustainable talent pipeline for the technology industry. The mentoring programme made such a difference to so many women, you just have to see the results really. I hope this relationship continues to flourish and I plan to continue my support in the future in any which way I can”
Sharon Peters, Head of Technology, Marks and Spencer
